This term, Year 5 have been learning all about living a healthy life. We investigated different ways to keep our bodies healthy- from investigating vitamins, minerals and food groups to understanding the role our organs, muscles and joints have within our body. We’ve also studied different ways to keep our mind healthy and how we need to step away from screens and give our brains a chance to relax. It has been interesting to hear the classes reactions to different facts including how much sleep a 10 year old needs and what it means to be stressed.
We are now moving onto learning about our Earth and Space… to infinity and beyond!
