On Tuesday the children were very excited (and a little nervous) to receive their SATs results. The children should all be proud of their huge achievements; I know I am. The results they received really reflected the effort and dedication that they have put into Year 6 and they should all be extremely proud of their achievements too.
It is important to remember however, that if you did not achieve the score that you would have liked, you should still be extremely happy with the progress that you have made this year. It is important to remember that we all have unique skills and talents and these tests are just a small snap shot of your time at St Andrew’s. I know how special you all are and all the different skills and talents that you have. You should all be very happy with everything that you have achieved this year, both academically and personally.
