On Wednesday 27th September the children at St Andrew’s took part in a range of activities on National Fitness Day. The morning started with a whole school Samba at the end of Collective Worship. The children and teachers shimmied, waved, rolled and clapped their way along to some samba music. It was almost as if we were in Rio de Janeiro!
Afterwards, classes took part in different activities such as the Golden Mile and Fitter Futures to get them moving and discussing the importance of being active.
