St Andrew’s has the ability to accept online debit and credit card payments via a system called ‘Wisepay’. The Wisepay payment portal is accessible to parents through the link below:
Wisepay is a secure online payment service where payments can be made for school meals, music, trips, etc. Parents have instant access to their child’s account and details of purchases made through Wisepay are easily available.
The school has set up Wisepay in order to offer parents the opportunity of paying the school by debit / credit card and it should be treated as an additional option to make a payment. Cash and cheque payments may still be made via a named envelope, marking what the payment is for, in the usual way.
Dinner Money Payments
Parents may elect to pay by Wisepay or directly to the School Office on each occasion that a dinner payment is due. However, your child’s Wisepay account will not show any payments made directly to the School Office if you have paid by cash or cheque for your child’s dinners. Only payments made on Wisepay for your child’s dinner account will show on Wisepay. (We use a different system to process dinner money payments with Herts Catering Ltd). The Wisepay dinner money icon for the current term will remain visible in your account until after the last day of term, when it will be replaced by the next term’s details.
Individual accounts for all children are set up when your child is on roll with the school. Details of your username and password will be provided by the School Office. Upon signing into the system, we recommend that parents change the password for extra security. Please be aware that when you change your password, your email address becomes your username.
If you have more than one child at school, you will receive a login sheet for each of them. The children’s accounts can be ‘merged’ allowing you to pay for multiple items/children using one credit or debit payment. Please read through the information sheet below for answers to frequently asked questions.
Please be aware:- your debit or credit card number is never stored on the system. Although parents will need to enter their card details for each and every transaction, it does means that the payment portal is secure. A payment on the system will generate an email receipt and a full payment history is available via ‘My Wise Account’ tab.
Please also be aware: only if a confirmation email is received has your account been charged!
