Superstars After School Club

Our After School Club is run by Superstars – led by Alex and Zoe. The club offers a wide variety of activities and opportunities over the week, with flexibility for you to chose the hours and times that you want care for your child/ren.

Daily running of the club

The daily sessions will follow the schedule as outlined below;

3.15pm – 3.30pm Registration, daily rules, snack (Squash and biscuit)

Reception and Year 1 children are collected and brought to Superstars club and children from Year 2 – Year 6 will be able to walk internally to the Dining room for registration.

3.30pm – 4.30pm Fun Factory Club – includes art and crafts, board games, creative games, drawing and much more
4.30pm – 5.30pm Main Activity Club – a choice of two daily activities, one sporting, one creative.
5.30pm – 6.00pm Chill Zone – reading club, bingo night, homework club, comic club etc

End of session: 6.00pm

Note: If your child wishes to have a more substantial snack you are welcome to make a packed tea for them to bring to school, which can be refridgerated for the duration of the school day. Please remember: no nuts or sesame seeds, fizzy drinks,  sweets or glass bottles. Thank you.

Attendance options

We are offering three options for times of attendance, as follows:

Start time  Cost
3.15pm – 4.30pm £4.50
4.30pm – 6.00pm £5.00
3.15pm – 6.00pm £9.50

Parents have the opportunity to allow a sibling to join Superstars Club from 3.15 – 4.30pm while another child is at a sports club and then be able to collect both children at the same time!

Booking options

There are  three options for booking:
1 – Parents wishing to book for the same days each week on a regular, half termly basis are requested to
complete Option 1 on the Half Termly Booking Form and return with the Record of Information Form.

2 – Parents wishing to book for specific dates over the half term are requested to fill out Option 2 on the
Half Termly Booking Form and return with the Record of Information Form.

3 – Parents wishing to book on an ad-hoc basis, i.e. booking at short notice, are requested to email  to request provision.

Requests for the same day MUST be sent by 2.30pm at the latest, to enable registers to be updated. Ad hoc places will only be available when there are spaces in the club at the time of the request. Payment for these sessions should be made at the time of booking.

Please note:  We are unable to take payment for ad-hoc sessions via childcare vouchers.

Parents who may take up the ad hoc offer are also requested to complete the Record of Information
Form and return to the School Office by hand or by the email above.

We will retain these forms for future reference, in case you would like your child to stay.


The school will invoice parents at the end of each half term, for the following half term.

Fees will be expected to be paid in the first week of each half term.  As with our Right Start Breakfast Club, the fees will be a flat rate.

We are unable to offer any sibling discounts and if a child misses a booked, regular session, we
will be unable to accommodate any refunds.

Please also note, collection of children MUST be at 6.00pm sharp! Unless there are exceptional
circumstances, (excluding late trains), we reserve the right to charge a late fee of £5 per instance. (The school will incur additional charges for the supervisors’ time from 6.00pm onwards).

All payments can be made payable via:

  • Cash
  • Cheque – payable to St Andrew’s Cof E Primary school
  • Wisepay – by debit/credit card
  • One of the following childcare voucher schemes:
    • Computershare,
    • Busybees Edenred,
    • Apple Childcare,
    • care-4,
    • Kiddivouchers,
    • Sodexco
    • or the Government scheme.
